About Me
I am a fully qualified and insured counsellor with 8 years of experience and practice. I have worked in various settings such as primary health care, employee assistance, and the voluntary sector. I am currently working with Black Minds Matter, Mind and the NHS in addition to running my own private practice.
As a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) I work to a high professional standard which alongside my life experiences ensures that I bring a level of openness and understanding to each client. I am trained in the Person Centred and the Solution Focused approach which allows me to offer short-term and/or long-term sessions to meet your individual needs. I have worked for some of the UK’s leading mental health providers including Health Assured.
I have significant experience in the music industry as a DJ, radio host and a consultant. As a counsellor I am able to offer a bespoke and unique therapeutic experience to creatives suffering with issues such as self-doubt, self-sabotage, creative blocks, anxiety, stress and more.

Complementary Counselling Assessment
The complementary counselling assessment will allow you to experience how I work, gain information, and judge whether I can be helpful to you. It will also give me the opportunity to get to know you, your circumstances, and the outcomes you are looking for from me. I will ensure that the session takes no more than 30 minutes.
For couples counselling each partner will need to complete their assessment separately.
