ABOUT THE FOUNDER
I am a fully qualified and insured Holistic Integrative Therapist with over 9 years of experience and practice. I have worked in various settings such as primary health care, employee assistance, and the voluntary sector. I currently work alongside Black Minds Matter, Mind, Petals, and the NHS in addition to running Heartical Therapy.
As a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) I work to a high professional standard, which alongside my life experiences ensures that I bring a level of openness and understanding to each client. My Trauma-Informed Integrative approach allows me to use various approaches to meet your individual needs. I offer short-term and/or long-term sessions. I have worked for some of the UK’s leading mental health providers including Health Assured, Peppy, and Better Help.
FUN FACT
I have significant experience in the music industry as a DJ, radio host, and consultant. As a counsellor I am able to offer a bespoke and unique therapeutic experience to creatives and influencers suffering from issues such as self-doubt, self-sabotage, creative blocks, anxiety, stress, and more.
